Agreement
These terms apply when you access or use Klairia. By creating an account, starting a scan, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Service
Klairia monitors how brands and competitors appear in public responses from large language models. Scan results depend on third-party model behavior and may vary over time, by region, or by provider.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate account and billing information and use Klairia only for lawful business purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the product, or submit content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy. Subscription fees, renewal timing, and taxes are shown during checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting us.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Klairia reliable, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless separately agreed in writing. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Liability
Klairia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
